Wednesdays at 12:00 PM. Join Marie-Elena Aruta, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, for 22 minutes and you will learn how to get great results in a short period of time. The challenging but simple-to-follow CORPS workout program was created by legendary trainer Tony Horton and inspired by military training techniques.
