Broadway Factor

Broadway Factor

Broadway Factor is a theatrical production company dedicated to promoting diversity and fostering new voices in American theater. It was co-founded by Jim Kierstead (The Inheritance, Hadestown, Kinky Boots), William Fernandez (Mrs. Doubtfire, The Inheritance, The Great Comet), Deborah Ramirez (Frankie and Johnny at the Clair de Lune, Not Ready for Prime Time) and the late George Cabrera (The Amparo Experience, Frankie and Johnny). Broadway Factor served as executive producer of Miami’s longest-running immersive play, The Amparo Experience, which told the story of Cuban rum makers at the outbreak of the Cuban revolution. Amparo was a critical and commercial success that ran for an unprecedented nine months in 2019, playing to sold-out houses.
