Latina Next is a nonprofit organization founded by Frances Rios whose mission is to promote financial wellness for all Latinas through development programs, coaching, and signature events. As part of your Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion efforts, Latina-owned companies and Hispanic female talent should be on your radar. A PERSONAL MISSION Frances Rios was that female talent.  After leading in Fortune -fifty- organizations as a spokesperson and a Latina top executive, Frances experienced first-hand the struggle organizations experience: • Promoting Hispanic women to leadership roles / the C-Suite, and • Supporting Latina business-owners in their preferred language: Spanish. Spanish is the second most spoken language in the United States, and Hispanics the largest minority; nevertheless, high-level development programs in Spanish are basically non-existent in the States.
