Trustbridge Hospice Foundation

Trustbridge Hospice Foundation, formerly Hospice of Palm Beach/Broward County Foundation and Hospice by the Sea Foundation, is the philanthropic arm of Trustbridge. It is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in our community by supporting extraordinary services of Trustbridge that go above and beyond what Medicaid, Medicare, or private insurance provide under the normal hospice benefit.
