Chimney Cake & Co. opens at Dadeland Mall, and we invite you to try the very exquisite, very colorful, very fun and very Instagrammable Chimney Cake.
The eastern European dessert tradition has been reimagined by the Goldsteins (the family behind Chimney Cake & Co.) to include an assortment of sweet and savory variations.
What is a Chimney Cake? We’re so glad you asked.
The delicious pastry is made by wrapping dough around a cylindrical spit and baking it until it becomes golden brown and crispy on the outside, with a soft, doughy interior. Once baked, the Chimney Cake is coated in a sugar glaze, cinnamon or sea salt and customized to your liking. A full coffee bar, serving the iconic Viennese premium brand Julius Mienl, offers the perfect complement to your tasty treat.
While Chimney Cakes can be found in European bakeries and coffee shops, Chimney Cake & Co. will be the only place to serve the traditional pastry in Miami.
