Florida’s Children First 2026 Palm Beach County Advocates for Children Awards

Florida’s Children First, the award-winning non-profit dedicated to making positive changes in the lives of children, will honor Palm Beach County’s outstanding child advocates at its annual fundraising awards event.

Hosted by CBS 12 News Anchor and Reporter Luli Ortiz, the gathering will bring together community and business leaders, care providers, caseworkers, and advocates committed to improving the future of Florida’s youth—particularly those in foster care, experiencing homelessness, living with disabilities, or involved in the criminal justice system.

Florida’s Children First will recognize three key honorees for their exceptional commitment to local youth: Florida Atlantic University as the 2027 Outstanding Champion for Children, The George Snow Scholarship Fund as the 2027 Outstanding Nonprofit Champion for Children, and Jay Johnson as the 2027 Outstanding Youth Advocate.
