Meditation and Journaling Retreat: Coming Home
In our constantly moving lives it’s important to take moments to settle, clear the mind and tune into what our innate intelligence is telling us. Patricia and Monica are coming together to offer a day of introspection through the practices of meditation and journaling. These potent practices build a sanctuary for simple joy and clarity, something that so easily slips through our hands as we move through our day to day lives.
Meditation presents us with tools to meet reality as it is. The practice of journaling, a fluid movement of words, a free stream of consciousness writing, helps us digest and integrate our experiences. Combining the two practices to support one another will offer the potential for greater insight into the process of reflection and connecting with our inner knowing.
Monica and Patty will hold a sacred and safe space for you to drop expectation, fear, anxiety or anything else getting in the way of being exactly who you are in each unfolding moment.
This is an opportunity to dive deeply into an already existing practice or to cultivate these skills for the first time. This workshop will set the tone for the year ahead!

3 – 5pm – Journaling to reflect on the year ahead + Final Sharing
