Noche de Arte with collaboARTive

Creating community is at the heart of everything collaboARTive does, and Noche de Arte is one more way to provide an opportunity to connect people to art, culture, and their own creativity. Noche de Arte is presented in partnership with Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and the InterContinental Miami Hotel, with support from the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs.
SEPTEMBER ARTIST IN RESIDENCE EDUARDO CALLEJAS-RIVERS; Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month September 15 to October 15, 2023
Eduardo Callejas-Rivers was a primarily self-taught artist, later dedicating himself to cartooning, penmanship, and digital artwork. Spending his lifetime passionately following the arts and art history, he dwells in a variety of different digital and traditional mediums, incorporating and presenting social and individual perspectives from all walks of life. With a deep desire to express others’ stories in the arts, Eduardo follows a Bakshian approach regarding the archival and integration within his art of daily conversations, slang, cultural references, and the complex spices we season our lives with to augment the powerful feeling of existence.
