Women’s Conscious Embodiment Series with Jote Prakash Kaur
If you are completely new to yoga, a beginner, or a yoga teacher, this course is for you!
This is an eight week series, you can join for just one or all!
Learn about what you feel now, how to feel more and to enjoy the feelings in your body.
Jote’s compassionate and knowledgeable guidance will point to where you may have blockages.
This workshop will help answer any questions you may have as to how to overcome these issues, give you tools to continue to deepen your journey into your sensations and pleasure.
Below you will find the weekly topics:
1) ‘Breath and Sensation Awakening with Jote’: Deepen your ability to feel and breathe while Jote leads you in some ‘corgeous ball’ exercises, feel your power/vinyasa yoga practice transform through the application of a few simple breathing and ball techniques. 90 mins
2) ‘Embodied Awakening with Jote’: an ecstatic chakra dance journey where we start with some traditional yoga warm ups, then move into guided intuitive movements and end with a powerful manifestation meditation.
3) ‘Embodied Conscious Communication with Jote’ – a voice awakening journey where we create activation with breath, mantra, sounding and communication skills. An exploration of transforming the way we communicate, by strengthening the voice with awareness. We end with creating a powerful personal mantra.
$50 per session
